Likhoshvay Vitaly Alexandrovich ([email protected]) – head of the group, D.Sc., Assoc. Prof. of the Novosibirsk State University. Currently, he is a leading researcher of Laboratory of molecular-genetic systems at the Department of Systems Biology, Institute of Cytology and Genetics.
Khlebodarova Tamara Mikhailovna ([email protected]) - received her Ph.D. and Doctor of Sciences degrees in Genetics from the Institute of Cytology and Genetics, Novosibirsk, Russia, in 1978 and 2001, respectively. Currently, she is a leading researcher of Laboratory of molecular-genetic systems at the Department of Systems Biology, Institute of Cytology and Genetics.

Akberdin Ilya Rinatovich ([email protected]) – research fellow at LTD Biosoft.ru, Ph.D. in bioinformatics and mathematical biology. He is an expert in mathematical modeling of biomolecular  systems. Currently, he is focusing on the development of methods, software and mathematical models describing the mechanisms of molecular-genetic processes in bacterial, muscle or stem cells.

Ermak Timofei Vladimirovich([email protected]) – Ph.D. student, MSc in computer science, a specialist in software development. Current work directions: development of algorithms and approaches for integration and analysis of metabolic pathways data, a design of software packages and services aimed to automation of workflows related to metabolic systems studying.

 

Kazantsev Fedor Vladimirovich ([email protected]) – junior researcher, division of high-performance calculation in bioinformatics, Department of Systems Biology, Institute of Cytology and Genetics, Novosibirsk, Russian Federation a specialist in a software development. The work responsibility is the support and development software solutions for molecular-genetic systems modeling. Currently, I’m specializing in the development of high-performance methods and algorithms in modeling.

She is a specialist in the developmental genetics of Arabidopsis thaliana. The main topic of her investigations is regulatory mechanisms of plant development. The methods of investigation are bioinformatical approaches and mathematical modeling. She is working on a 2D model of auxin distribution in Arabidopsis root.
